Although your brain is only 2% of your total body mass, it consumes over 25% of the glucose in your body. Take breaks when you study. Go for a walk. Your brain needs the rest. Take time to notice your senses and recognize your emotions. Unplug from the MCAT and have some quiet time for yourself.
